Move In
Monday, March 3 2025: 12:00 noon – 5:00 pm

Move Out
Wednesday, March 5 2025
3:00 pm – 8:00 pm

For EXHIBITORS ONLY, we have blocked off Parking Lot D (PD on the Full Parking Map - see link below left) for March 3-5, which may be easier for loading and unloading at the Agora (though it is still accessible from P1). This lot can only be accessed going South on Sherwood Drive.

If you have Booth Space including in your Partnership package, the following is included in the space:

Standard Booth Space includes: Floor space, standard booth carpet, draped display booth, basic on-site materials handling to booth (up to 5000 lbs. per crate, except for specialty work), crate storage during the show, 24-hour roaming security and 3 exhibit staff badges., 

Booth space does not include: Conference/Lunch Access (unless included in Partnership Package), electrical outlet, tables, chairs, other furniture, TV's or A/V requirements.

If you wish to order any of the above, you can do so before February 11 at special rates, through our Official Show decorator, Goodkey Show Services.
