Driven by a once-in-a-generation transformational opportunity to serve the growing need 

for reliable and lower carbon energy, Capital Power and Ontario Power Generation (OPG) 

combined our respective expertise to collaborate on a preliminary study to explore the 

feasibility of deploying Small Modular Reactors (SMRs) in Alberta.
